Les Safraniers de Touraine



Made of fine flower of wheat mixed with nice hubs of eggs and butter, saffron, spices, and water.


Association exists since 2006 and has about thirty members today spread all over the department of Indre and Loire.

Supported by Chamber of Agriculture and the Departmental Council of Indre and Loire, purposes of associations are to contribute to development of production, to increase techniques of production and to promote producers of saffron of Touraine.
